Directions for use:

Bath — Dissolve 100–150 g of salt in a bath of warm water (approx. 37–40°C). Bathe for 15–20 minutes. Do not rinse off immediately after the bath – allow the skin to absorb the active ingredients. Recommended rest period: 30 minutes.

Compresses — Mix the salt with a small amount of warm water to form a thick paste. Apply to selected areas of the body, wrap in cling film and a towel. Leave on for 20–30 minutes.
