Tranexamic Acid BINGOSPA

Tranexamic acid (TXA) - a synthetic analog of lysine. Tranexamic acid does not affect healthy skin if it is not exposed to sunlight. This is done by preventing the activation of melanocytes in contact with solar radiation, reducing the activity of tyrosinase in melanocytes or inhibiting melanogenesis.

Tranexamic acid not only limits the development of discoloration, but also reduces the risk of recurrence. It has the ability to lighten discoloration resulting from hormonal disorders, inflammation, the use of certain drugs and UV radiation.

The acid can be applied to the skin as an emulsion of 2%, a cream of 3% or a 5% solution.
